[ADD] User, GTU: Search GTU results by enrollment number with fetch button support #23

• Implement a feature to search and retrieve GTU results using the student's enrollment number.
• Add a "Fetch Results" button that allows users to manually trigger result fetching and view their results from their profile dashboard page.

partially addressed in #24 — some functionality is implemented, remaining work will be done in a follow-up PR.

The remaining functionality has been completed in #34.
