[ADD] User: Search GTU exam paper by subject code #13

  • Add feature to search any GTU exam paper by entering the subject code.

  • Codebase is mostly ready, but the following updates are needed:

    • Create a dedicated page for the search functionality.
    • Manage and finalize the API endpoint for handling subject code-based paper search.
